Refund policy
We want you to love your order — every item is made with care. Because most of our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at shop@wearetez.com if:

Your item is defective or damaged, or

You received the wrong item.
We’ll review the issue and do our best to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Because most of our products are custom or made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for:

Made-to-order or personalized items

Sale items or gift cards
We also can’t accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

EU & UK Consumer Rights
If your order is being shipped to the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason — unless the product was made to order or personalized, in which case this right does not apply.
Your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If your return is approved (for example, if the item was damaged or incorrect), we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
