Welcome to TEZ!
When we say “we”, “us” or “our”, we’re talking about TEZ. Our store runs on Shopify, which helps us manage orders and payments safely.

By using our website or buying something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our site.


1. Who Can Shop With Us

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order.
When you buy from us, you promise that all info you provide (like name, address, and payment details) is accurate and that you’re authorized to use that payment method.


2. Our Products

We try our best to show products accurately, but colours or designs may look slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Most of our products are made to order, which helps reduce waste and keep things sustainable. Because of that, small variations between what’s shown online and what arrives are normal.


3. Orders

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy from us.
We’ll confirm when your order has been accepted and payment processed.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order for any reason (for example, stock or payment issues).

Once an order is accepted, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to cancel it — so please double-check everything before placing it.


4. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in GBP and may change at any time.
Taxes, shipping, or customs fees may apply depending on your location.
By completing checkout, you confirm that your payment details are correct and that your card or payment method can cover the purchase.


5. Shipping

We’ll do our best to ship your order quickly, but delivery times are estimates only.
We’re not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or anything outside our control.
Once your order is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for it passes to you.


6. Returns and Refunds

Because most TEZ items are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except if:

  • Your item arrives damaged,

  • You receive the wrong product, or

  • There’s another fault on our end.

If that happens, email shop@wearetez.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll sort it out for you.

Orders shipped to the EU or UK that are not made-to-order may be returned within 14 days of receipt, as long as they’re unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.


7. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site — including our logo, images, music, and product designs — belongs to TEZ. You can’t use, copy, or sell anything from our site without permission.


8. Feedback

If you share ideas, reviews, or feedback with us, you agree we can use them (for example, to promote TEZ or improve our products) without needing to pay or credit you.


9. Liability

We provide our store and products “as is.”
We’re not liable for any losses, damages, or issues caused by using our website or products beyond the value of your purchase.
Some laws may give you additional rights — this policy doesn’t override them.


10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time.
If anything major changes, we’ll post it here — so it’s worth checking back occasionally.
